Yawn.
Yawn.
Yawn.
Waking up.
Where am I?
It’s my house.
I’m home.

Welcome back! Can I ask what the weather was like just as you were leaving? I’m heading to central Europe on Wednesday, for a month, and keep hearing conflicting reports about how hot or cold it is! My shoe choices have changed about 10 times…was it starting to cool down when you left??
Thanks, Niki.
Central Europe (or at least the bits I was in – Budapest, Bratislava and Vienna) was very pleasant weather-wise and it made for very easy walking around and enjoying the sights. Only one really hot day and one day where it rained all day but still warm in the evenings so you could enjoy the sitting around for hours on end in cafes. Around 23/24 degrees centigrade. It only got really hot and humid in Italy. I hope you have a fantastic time.
Thanks for the tips! I’m going over on a concert tour, and actually heading up to Copenhagen and Amsterdam as well, so if it was pleasant in central Europe, it should be even nicer (read: cooler) in the other cities.
PS…so now I know what shoes to take!
